We are a small team based on Mahe, working with rental providers across the islands. Every booking is handled by real people who know the roads, the partners, and the process. No call centers. No bots.
Our job is simple: match you with the right provider, confirm your reservation, and make sure everything is ready when you land at SEZ.
Bookings Coordinator
Marie confirms every reservation and sends your voucher with pickup details. She keeps track of flight changes and makes sure providers are ready when you arrive. Based in Victoria, she knows every rental desk on Mahe.
Fleet Partners Manager
Jacques works directly with our partner companies across Mahe, Praslin, and La Digue. He checks vehicle availability, negotiates terms that skip deposits, and handles any on-ground issues. Twenty years in the islands means he knows every operator worth working with.
Guest Support
Therese answers questions before and during your trip. Need directions to the Providence office? Fuel station open Sunday? She is the voice on the other end. She also collects feedback after you return the vehicle so we can keep partners accountable.
