Platform Role

We facilitate reservations. The supplier named in your confirmation voucher provides the vehicle and handles pickup, drop-off, and roadside support. Your booking advance secures the reservation; remaining balance and any deposit are settled at the counter per the supplier's terms.

Supplier Agreement

When you collect keys, you sign a contract with the rental company-not with 4Drive Seychelles. That document governs vehicle use, insurance coverage, permissible drivers, prohibited zones, and return condition. Read it before driving off Providence Highway or heading up Sans Souci.

Liability Boundaries

We take care to list accurate vehicle specs and partner reliability. However, 4Drive Seychelles is not liable for mechanical breakdowns, traffic fines issued by Seychelles authorities, accident damage, or delays caused by ferry schedules to Praslin. Claims regarding the vehicle or service quality are addressed with the supplier directly.

Payment Structure

Booking advance is non-refundable once the supplier confirms availability. Cancellations follow the supplier's policy printed in your voucher. Many of our partners offer no-deposit, no-credit-card options-check your confirmation for specifics. Outstanding amounts are paid at pickup.

Data Handling

We collect name, email, phone, and flight details to process your reservation and share necessary information with the supplier. We do not sell data to third parties. Your license and passport remain with the rental company for the contract duration.
